The Placenta Encapsulation Process
1. Consultation and Planning
We discuss your preferences, address any questions, and explain the encapsulation methods.
We’ll coordinate pickup arrangements based on your birth plan.
2. Safe and Sanitary Pickup
Once your baby is born, we promptly collect the placenta from your birth location (hospital, birthing center, or home).
We follow strict safety protocols to ensure proper handling and transport.
3. Preparation
The placenta is thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
Depending on your preference, it is either gently steamed with traditional herbs or prepared steamed.
The placenta is then thinly sliced and dehydrated at a low, safe temperature.
4. Grinding and Encapsulation
Once fully dehydrated, the placenta slices are ground into a fine powder.
The powder is carefully placed into capsules, amount of capsules depends on the placenta size.
5. Packaging and Delivery
The capsules are securely packaged, labeled, and delivered to you within 2–4 days after birth.
You will receive instructions on proper storage and dosage recommendations.
6. Aftercare and Support
I’m available for follow-up questions and support as you begin taking your capsules.
Holistic Sitz Bath
Holistic Sitz Bath
Holistic Sitz Bath
A holistic sitz bath is a soothing, warm soak designed to support postpartum healing and promote overall wellness. Made with natural herbs and botanicals, it helps reduce inflammation, ease discomfort, and encourage tissue repair after childbirth. The gentle steam and herbal infusion provide relaxation while supporting the body’s natural recovery process.

"Birth is not just about making babies. It’s about making mothers—strong, capable, and confident."
