Im a proud founder of Empowered Peace Birth Services. With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Birth Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, Childbirth Educator, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, and Holistic Wellness advocate, I’m dedicated to providing compassionate and empowering support to women and families throughout their birthing journeys.
My passion for birth activism and holistic living drives my commitment to honoring the unique needs and preferences of every woman I support. I believe that birth is a profound, sacred experience, and I strive to create a nurturing environment where you feel heard, respected, and in control.
Beyond my work as a doula, I’m also an advocate for holistic wellness, guiding families toward natural, balanced living. When I’m not assisting new mothers or sharing wellness practices, I’m nurturing my creative side as a ceramic artist or spending time with my big, farty dog, Nelson, and my two grown children who inspire me every day.
